This morning I woke up to a quiet surprise. A fresh bed of snow is
blanketing everything and making it soft, white, and clean.
Yesterday was full of contrast. Grief and glamor, pain and reclamation,
and today the earth whispered back…
Let’s cover it. Let’s soften it. Let’s bless it all.

Grounding After the Leap.
If you’ve been in motion, in memory, in emotional extremes, and riding some intense waves, today is not the crash.
It’s the integration.
The snow is your field’s way of saying,
“Let it settle. Let it be still. What you activated yesterday is already working.”
Body Talk
My right heel gave out this morning after wearing shoes that didn’t love me back. And so I looked into the spiritual meaning:
Right foot = forward motion.
Heel = the part of me that absorbs the impact of every brave step I take.
Today, I’m honoring that.
Letting my body catch up with the parts of me that quantum-leapt into something new.
If your body is speaking to you, listen.
Not because you’re broken but because you’ve been brave.
