Jenergy Update May 22
Hey love,
Let’s talk about something I’m watching people everywhere start to whisper but not quite say out loud yet: You don’t have to heal everything before you move forward.
Let me say that again for the version of you who still thinks it’s irresponsible to want freedom before closure: You don’t have to finish your healing. You just have to stop dragging pain into places it doesn’t belong anymore.
That old idea that you have to alchemize every wound before you’re allowed to feel whole? That’s just another trap. That’s just trauma with a motivational speaker mask on.
You don’t owe your past anything. You don’t have to squeeze wisdom out of every bruise like it’s your sacred duty. Sometimes you just say, “I’m not taking that story with me where I’m going. And you go.
That’s not bypassing. That’s evolution. That’s your nervous system saying, “We’re done trying to solve what was never ours to hold.”
And maybe the healing isn’t about breaking it all down and making sense of it. Maybe the healing is simply choosing what gets to stay part of your identity and what gets to dissolve because it’s no longer relevant to the version of you that’s rising.
You’re allowed to let go without a final chapter. You’re allowed to love yourself without turning your whole life into a recovery narrative. You’re allowed to be radiant without explaining how hard it was to get here.
So if no one told you today, you’re already whole. You’re not behind. You’re not broken. You’re just not interested in carrying old weight into new timelines.
And that?
That’s called intelligence.
Let’s go.
