The Moon and You
She’s not always round and she’s not always glowing. She not always bright in the sky. And yet, she never questions her place.
The moon has never once apologized for showing up half lit. She doesn’t rush to fill the rest in. She doesn’t explain where the other part of her went. She just is.
And oceans move. Tides bow to her gravity when she’s a sliver., when she’s hidden, and even when she doesn’t look like much at all.
She does not hustle to be whole. She does not strive to be seen. She doesn’t perform fullness for a world addicted to “complete.” Because she knows that true power has nothing to do with appearance. And everything to do with your presence, your energy field, your pull and with whatever phase you’re in.
The moon doesn’t need to prove her value. She commands bodies with her orbit. She shifts blood and oceans all while quietly becoming over and over again. And so can you.
You don’t need to be full to be powerful. You don’t need to be complete to matter. You are not missing anything. You are cycling, moving, and becoming. And that is divine.
So when the world tries to rush your glow or when it asks you to hurry up and shine already, pause and remember her. And then remember that the moon doesn’t ask for light. She reflects as much as she can for the phase she is in and that’s enough. The same is true for you. 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔🌚
